All songs were written in the end of 2019 and the start of 2020.The band joined together in the height of the pandemic some time after being introduced to each other through the Evergreen State College music program. Innovative hybrid and remote practice and recording techniques were used. Halfway through the final recording process the group disbanded across 5 states stretched across opposite ends of the country, though the process continued.They had one live performance as a band before this, which was a smash hit. By 2023 all technical components had been finished and the album had been completed AGAINST ALL ODDS.

Claire Rivers and her ever shifting new "constellation" of talented collaborators are still very much alive, and hard at work on their follow up albums in cue.
